Peterborough Tourney
Our Atom Rep team competed in the historic Peterborough Liftlock Tourney over this past weekend.

The team battled hard all weekend and lost one game (vs Peterborough who went on to play in the Championship game) on their way to represent Listowel in the Consolation Championship vs Oro.  Although it hurt to lose that final game they took in the whole Peterborough experience, which made Saturday a long day. We took them for a tour of the Pete's room, played three hockey games an‎d watched the Petes game all on Saturday. We were the only team in the tournament that had to play 6 games. Owen Schouten came down with the flu last night, took only 1 shift in the final. We were up 1-0 going into the 3rd, just ran out of gas.

Overall a great experience for ‎them, and I hope it makes them stronger for international and playoffs.
