We finally won a game against BCH, and what a game it was.
The game was scoreless until the 2nd period when #8 Liam Huber got one past BCH goalie. BCH #89, answered back to end the 2nd period in a tie.
Our Nicholas Verbeek #9 then scored early in the 3rd period and that goal too was answered back by BCH #83 . It was looking like the game would be going into overtime when our #12, Isaac Benny, scored the final goal, give Listowel their first victory over BCH2.
We saw some great position play for both the forwards and the defense and we have finally seen what our guys are capable of when they have their game on.
All hats off to our goalie too, Cody did some incredible saves oafter the puck got past our defense.
