Attention all bench staff. If you completed your VSC process by ordering a new VSC and have not uploaded the actual VSC document(not the receipt of ordering but the actual VSC) the OHF has emailed you to complete this.
The deadline is December 9th to complete this. If you do not complete this, you are ineligible to be on the roster and will be removed.
If your VSC process on spordle was approved as “pending”, for the temporary approval, check your email and follow the steps to finish the process. If you do not see this email from OHF, check your junk mail.
If for any reason you are not able to complete by December 9th, please reach out to the OHF directly at [email protected] to explain the situation.
Minor hockey executive can not assist with these inquiries or provide any extensions, this is all handled through the OHF.
