Peewees Even Series With 4-1 Win On Sunday
The Listowel Peewee Reps tied their OMHA Semi-Final series at one game each after defeating Strathroy 4-1 in Listowel on Sunday.  Listowel came up short in game one in Strathroy on Friday losing by a score of 2-1.

On Sunday, Strathroy scored on a power play early in the first, and managed to keep Listowel off the score board through two periods.  Down by one at the start of the third, the Peewees came charging out of the gate and tied the game on the first shift when Ted Nichol set up brother Blake who blasted a shot past the Strathroy netminder.  Listowel continued to sustain pressure throughout the remainder of the third with aggressive forechecking.  Caleb Warren scored what proved to be the game winner on passes from Andrew Gooding and Tyler Hak at the 5:27 mark.  Ted Nichol and Tyler Hak closed out the scoring with empty netters.

On Friday in Strathroy, Blake Buchanan scored the lone Listowel goal on assists by Gooding and Hak.
