Schedule & Results, Novice Rep, U9, 2010-2011 (Listowel Minor Hockey Association)

We had Seth back between the pipes for this exhibition matchup.  After a scoreless first, Mitchell would get on the board with two quick goals in the first minute of the second.  This again seemed to take the wind out of our players sails and the effort they put in seemed to go downhill.  We would give up one more before the end of the period and go into the third down three.  Shots after two were 15-3 for the opposition.  Mitchell would score a fourth early in the third before Brett would break the shutout with some great speed and a nice wrap-around goal on the second effort.  We would generate a few more chances after this but it would be Mitchell who would round out the scoring with two more goals.  Final shots were 23-9 for them.  Hopefully we will get things going in the right direction with our last game before playoffs start.
