Black Shut Out In Seaforth
Listowel Novice LL Black were shut out for the first time of the season on Saturday.
The Stars got on the board early and often as Listowel seemed to be caught off guard to start the game.
Black got their feet going throughout the evening and managed to improve their positional play over the course of the contest. To all in attendance, it was clear that the club was learning from its mistakes and improving each period.
The visitors played the game without a pair of players as Warner Hurst (alltalkedoutinitis) and Zack Brooks (ice cream headache) were placed on short-term IR. Both hope to be back in the lineup next week.
Listowel will look to get back in the win column on Thursday evening with a 6:00 pm start time in Wallace against the Mitchell Meteors.
