Hockey season over for Peewee A/E
Although we had initially been led to believe by the powers that be that we might get back into group play after our loss to Dundas in the all Ontario quarter finals, it turns out that we were too late to get back into group play.
Our coach even went so far as to personally attend the WOAA office in Wingham, to no avail. It seems that once you go beyond a certain date the group playoffs are set and there is no room to add another team. All in all the coaching staff would like to congratulate the team on their efforts and accomplishments this season. For many of the players this was their first taste of all Ontario hockey and it is hoped that next year some of you can get another try at the title.
