The family looking after the door is required to be at the arena 1hr - 1:15hr before game time. There is an expense
report that is required to be completed and signed. Officials are paid out of the cash box and must also sign the
report. The cash box will be given back to Mary Lynne Ament at the end of the game. If you are unable to look after
the door on your schedule turn, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Families of Suffern, Vance, Weber
and Woodley will be take their turn during the playoff schedule.
