Midget and Bantam Conditioning Camp (Aug 22-24 2016)

Drayton will be running their 2nd annual Midget/Bantam conditioning camp. Will be a high–intensity program designed to get  players in peak form after a summer away from the rink.

Skating: Stride, Edge-work, Quick Feet, Pivoting
Puck Handling: Stick Handling, Passing/Receiving
Shooting: Forehand/Backhand, Wrist,Snap, Slap-shots, Quick Release
Off Ice: Muscular endurance, Speed, Power and Agility

Date: Aug 22nd-26th 2016 @PMD Arena
Off ice sessions: 1 Hr/Day 9:00am-10:00am
On ice sessions: 1.5 Hrs/Day 10:30am-Noon
Cost: $125/Player
