LMHA tryout procedures for non LMHA players
Submitted By Claude Leroux on Monday, August 19, 2019
We have 3 requirements for all non-LMHA players trying out for a rep team with Listowel

  1. They must pay a non refundable $50 tryout fee prior to stepping on the ice.  This fee is to be paid to LMHA through e-transfer.  If the player makes a LMHA rep team the $50 will be applied to their registration fee. If they are cut from the Rep team but want to tryout for AE another $50 fee will be collected prior to the AE tryout which will also be applied to their registration if they make the AE team.
  2.  All players from other centres must provide a player movement form fully completed by their home centre so we can verify that we are the appropriate centre for them to try out at. Submitted to [email protected]
  3. A completed OHF concussion protocol and awareness form https://www.ohf.on.ca/media/3v4bbj14/ohf-rowan-s-law-acknowledgement-form.pdf
