*Prepaid fundraising fee of $250 per player is included in the registration fees. You will have the opportunity to be refunded the $250 fundraising fee by selling our Annual Cash Calendars.
*Early registration discount of $100 is included in the listed fees and is available until June 30, 2025.
*Family discount of $100 will automatically apply when 3 players are registered with LMHA on the same invoice.
