Cost, registration and schedule for the program will be announced in the Fall.

 

The program is two separate 9-week sessions running from mid-October through late December and early January through to mid-March.

Power skating is a specialized form of training designed to improve a player's speed, agility, and overall skating mechanics. It focuses on techniques that optimize a player's speed & agility, as well as efficiency & power, helping to generate maximum movement with minimal effort.

 

Speed and Agility:
Power skating drills improve both top-end speed and acceleration, enabling players to quickly gain ground, change direction, and outmaneuver opponents.

Efficiency and Power:
It focuses on generating explosive movements with minimal stamina, making players strong and efficient skaters.
