On March 24th, Jason Brooks will be organizing a practice for the Novice Rep's (see website for the time).  This is a coaching clinic as part of the Grass Roots development program as we will have the Mite and Tyke coaches and any prospective coaches observing this practice. 

The team played in the Strathroy tournament this past weekend and came out with an 0-3-1 record.  We played against three "BB" centres and one "B" centre and faired pretty well.  We played good defensive games only surrendering 10 goals over the four games but could not score many on our chances.  Individual game summaries can be found by clicking on the game scores in the results section.  Our results were as follows:   Vs Tillsonburg 1-1 tie Vs Saugeen Shores 2-1 loss Vs Petrolia 3-0 loss Vs Strathroy 4-1 loss Strathroy eventually won the A final beating Petrolia 3-2 and Saugeen ...

I am looking forward to the upcoming hockey season and tryouts are now right around the corner.  Novice tryouts start on Sunday September 12th at 4:00pm.  Just  a reminder that these are tryouts for players born in 2002 and 2003 only that are interested in playing Novice Rep hockey during the upcoming season.  Please have your player there and ready to go on the ice at the scheduled times.
