Busy weekend for Midget LL....
Well what a busy weekend for the Listowel Midget LL team!!
Three away games and one home game kept the players (and the parents..:)) moving from arena to arena...
With one win, two close losses, and one tie, every guy played with their heart and soul. It was such an awesome time for both coaches and parents to watch the players put their 110% into each game they played.
It is such a great thing to see all the players coming together with all talents that each one offers and play as a team. It isn't an easy thing to learn new techniques and coaching ideas, but it is showing that all the guys efforts are coming together to perform well as a team....
The coaching staff are looking forward to a great time at the tournament with an awesome bunch of guys working to have fun and try their very best...
A reminder of the times for the games in the Durham tourney is as follows:
First game is at 8am Listowel vs TNT
Second game is at 12 noon Listowel vs Shelburne 2
The top 4 teams move on to play at either 5pm or 6pm depending on where they finish
Please be at the arena about 45min-1hr before the game so the players can register and have time to warm up before their first game.
