Rachel Hayles the Registered Dietician at Zehrs Pharmacy will be doing a session on Sports nutrition.  She will be covering good food choices to fuel the body for sports including pre-game and post game foods and will provide a healthy snack at the end of the session.  Thank you to Sharon Strickler for arranging this for our team.  The session will take place Wednesday November 7th from 6-645 at Zehrs Pharmacy.
