Midgets Move on to OMHA Finals
After a slow start to the series with a 2-1 loss in Mount Brydges, the Midgets beared down for three straight wins to push them into the OMHA finals.
Listowel followed the 2-1 loss in game one with scores of 4-2, 7-3, and 3-1 to finish off the cougars. Listowel played some of the teams best hockey of the year down the stretch as their defensive play kept the Mount Brydges team from regaining the momentum throughout the final three games.
Listowel showed Mount Brydges that their balanced attach could not be stopped and that they were a team that should not be messed with.
