Listowel Novice LL Black picked up their second win of the season with a dominant 10-0 performance in Milverton on Saturday.
Goaltender Koen Martin wasn't tested as often as his counterpart but made saves when called upon to pick up his first shutout.
The defensive pairings of Warner Hurst, Oliver Hershey, Brynn Berfelz and Blake McTavish all did well to transition the puck from their own end and keep the offensive attack going by holding the line in the Milverton zone.
Cole Parsons and Zack Brooks each netted a hat trick to lead Listowel's offense.
Wingers Rory Magee, Linc Lannin, Lucas Kuepfer, Fiona Johnson and Kenton Heathers all made their marks as well as center Noah Hiemstra, as they found the scoresheet every minute or two in the second period and three more times in the third to turn a 2-0 lead after one frame into a 10-goal effort.
They will be little time for Listowel to dwell on the win as they will need to refocus for a Sunday tilt in Harriston at 2:30 pm against the Minto Mad Dogs.
